By accessing or using this Website, connecting your wallet, or interacting with any WormGuard NFTs or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website.

2. Description of the Service
WormGuard is a blockchain-based NFT project that enables holders of eligible WormGuard NFTs to access the fictional world of Wormhalla.
Eligible NFT holders may obtain and upgrade virtual land associated with their NFTs and access future community features, subject to the continued availability of the Service.
All land, upgrades, achievements, and related elements are virtual items intended solely for entertainment purposes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with all applicable laws.
4. Wallet Connection
Access to certain features requires a compatible blockchain wallet, such as MetaMask.
You remain solely responsible for:
your wallet security;
your private keys and seed phrase;
all blockchain transactions initiated from your wallet;
any gas fees or blockchain costs.
We never request or store your private keys or recovery phrase.
5. NFT Ownership
Ownership of a WormGuard NFT is determined solely by the relevant blockchain.
Purchasing an NFT grants ownership of the token itself but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property unless expressly stated by us.
NFT ownership may be required to access certain features.
If an NFT is transferred, any access rights linked to that NFT may also transfer to the new owner.
6. Virtual Land and Upgrades
Virtual land within Wormhalla has no monetary value and represents a digital entertainment feature.
We reserve the right to:
introduce new gameplay mechanics;
rebalance upgrades;
modify virtual items;
discontinue specific features where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees perpetual availability of any feature.
7. No Financial Advice
WormGuard NFTs are digital collectibles.
Nothing on this Website constitutes:
investment advice;
financial advice;
legal advice;
tax advice;
a promise of future value or profit.
You purchase and use NFTs entirely at your own risk.
8. Blockchain Risks
You acknowledge that blockchain technology involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
smart contract vulnerabilities;
software bugs;
blockchain forks;
wallet compromise;
phishing attacks;
regulatory changes;
cryptocurrency price volatility.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of any blockchain network.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
violate applicable laws;
exploit software vulnerabilities;
interfere with the Website or blockchain integrations;
use bots where prohibited;
impersonate other users;
attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
We reserve the right to restrict access in cases of abuse or suspected unlawful activity.
